Tri Lux Studio Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Tri Lux Studio, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We prepare the treatment room and allocate dedicated time to ensure the highest quality experience.

We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $50 cancellation fee, which is non-refundable.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged a $50 no-show fee.

Deposits

Most services require a small booking deposit ($20–$30), which is applied toward your treatment. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or missed appointments.

Future Bookings

Failure to pay outstanding cancellation or no-show fees will result in inability to book future appointments.
